Returns and Exchanges

Hi. we know you've made the right choice, but in the slight chance that something changed, please read this.

We offer easy exchanges and or store credit for twenty days after all in store purchases on all non sale items. sale items are final sale. some of our inventory is seasonal, some of it is classic, some of it found, a lot of it made just for you. please consider that when purchasing. custom orders are non returnable. We are always here for you to make sure you've made the right choices, so please give us a call or shoot an email if you have questions or need anything at anytime. 

Here is how we are here fo you:
If a product you bought and had shipped arrives damaged, call or email us immediately. please take pictures of the package as it arrived, as opened and all damage to the item, please be as precise as you can be. if you don't have a camera phone, call us, if you don't have email, call us. We need a documented story for our insurance.
If an item you bought just doesn't work out, just isn't what you thought it would be,  call or email us, we are here for you. We provide 20 days from receipt to get that all handled.
All online orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped out directly after processing.
 
If you need your purchase expedited, please email us at customercare@dashfenton.com and we will do the best we can. You can also choose priority shipping, that's easy.
